<p>以道地客家手藝聞名、榮獲四頂 FDA 金帽獎肯定的家味香客家廚房，今年春節再度推出全新「2026年菜熱食外帶套餐」，由金帽主廚團隊親自設計與烹調，延續精緻手藝與節慶儀式感，讓經典客家年味不只留在餐廳，更能走入每一個家庭的年夜飯桌。</p>
<p>年菜組合由行政主廚詹志強與徐穎晨共同規劃，提供兩種份量選擇，包括6人份與10人份套餐，全套熱食現做、即取即享，不需解凍、不必加熱，適合現代家庭減輕備餐負擔，同時保有節日的豐盛與圍爐的溫度。無論是小家庭聚會，或是三代同堂的熱鬧團圓，都能找到適合的一桌好菜。</p>

<p>本次年菜主打「客家手路菜＆節慶寓意」，將家味香招牌料理與過年文化融合，設計出多道象徵吉祥富貴的菜色。其中包括象徵圓滿與豐收的「客家黃金塔」、鹹香夠味的「冠軍客家小炒」，以及多道深受顧客喜愛的經典客家料理，皆由主廚團隊手工烹製，從選材、備料到火候控制，每一道菜都吃得出用心與客家職人精神。</p>
