<p style="text-align: justify">主廚洪梓鈞指出，養心集團這次以更奔放的韓式風格、豐富的植物食材層次，打造「吃得過癮、吃得安心」的全新蔬食韓食體驗。從視覺到味覺，帶來一場令人回味無窮的蔬食韓潮盛宴。信義店主打三大韓食靈魂──桌邊服務的拉絲年糕、韓式大醬熱辣鍋物、橋村聯名炸雞，完美融合植物肉與韓式醬料靈魂，讓人一口咬下就想大喊「Mashita！（好吃！）」</p>
