<p>北港朝天宮拜完的甜點，小編心中就是北港圓仔湯。它的湯圓（圓仔）不是那種整顆滾圓的，而是偏刀切的「扁扁脆圓／圓仔」口感，咬起來Q 彈有嚼勁，越嚼越有米香，很多人還說會吃到淡淡香氣。小編自己覺得它很適合當「吃完鹹食的收尾」：糖水不會過甜、配料走古早味路線，拜拜＋逛老街後來一碗，真的就是透心涼。</p>

<p>湯底是扁魚、大白菜長時間熬煮，越煮越香、不油、不膩，是很多人心中的「家裡那種老火鍋味」。配上老闆自炒的沙茶，每一口都超級滿足。小編最推手工蛋餃，它是厚皮蛋味很香。另外，芋頭控真的不能錯過！吉生的芋頭是先炸後煮，外層香氣逼人、裡面鬆軟到入口即化，煮久也不會散，丟進火鍋裡一起吃超級滿足！</p>
